Hi loves! New content tomorrow ❤️Inbox treasures for renew on, too.Inbox treasure for folks I owe them to, too. I am having gallbladder and liver issues which agitate my histamine disorder as well. Ive been a mess who cannot sit up straight, but I feel so much better with the eating guidelines (many small fibrous meals avoiding as many naturally occurring fats - eggs, oils, nuts, fatty meat, cheese - as I can) and medication they prescribed. Sluggish vs stones so hula hoops to get treatment. My diet is pretty healthy but I was eating once in the AM then once at night and not avoiding nuts, cheese or red meat or my li’l ice cream treat 😇DO NOT GET BLACK MOLD POISONING 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
