Both smoothies use Soy and Flax seeds. Many believe these ingredients have feminizing effects. - Flaxseed is the richest dietary source of lignans, a type of phytoestrogen. A phytoestrogen is a plant nutrient that is somewhat similar to the female hormone estrogen. Due to this similarity, lignans may have estrogenic and/or anti-estrogenic effects in the body. - There are Phytoestrogens in Soy products who many believe have a feminizing effect on the body. However, there are also articles that say otherwise. Recipe (for the pink one) : 150-200 ml Soy Yogurt. (You can also use normal Yogurt, make sure you take low fat Yogurt) 2 Tablespoons of broken flax seed 125 Grams Blue berries 1 Orange (Don't put the entire orange in the blender, squeez the orange juice out of it for a little bit of extra taste.) Simply put it all in the blender and mix. This one is lower in carbs and energy, so if you are on a day where you don't plan to work out it's better to make this one. If it's too sour, you can always add a little bit of honey or more orange juice. Recipe (For the Yellow one) : 4 Tablespoons of Oatmeal 1.5 Tablespoons of broken flax seed 4 Tablespoons of Soy Yogurt 2 Oranges (This time peel the oranges and put everything in, not just the juice) 1 Banana This one is richer in carbs and will give you a lot of energy to do your workouts. Oh, small tip, don't put the Oatmeal in the blender first because it makes blending abit difficult. If you like things like this let me know š„°š
