Recommendation of the day: do your
BODY CHECK!
(🇮🇹traduzione in fondo)
Many of you ask me help to get confident with their body, well my answer always starts with: do you look at yourself in the mirror? 🪞
I know you might say “yes, and I don’t like it”. So let’s take a moment hereto reflect on this: for sure this is your start point, or you wouldn’t have asked help. Now, do you think that in order to like yourself you should change the way you look? I hope not. Thus, it is only a matter of habit (as for everything in life, I believe): you need to get used to look at yourself and see your body more often! In fact, I’m guessing that since you don’t like your body, you cover it up quite often, don’t you?? 😒
Trust who has already reached the result you want: self confidence starts with you and you only; it takes determination, consistency and patience. Begin with the first step.
The following steps will (literally) follow naturally! Once you look at yourself, you might slowly take small actions like eating better and move more, so your body will become the manifestation of what you like too (this is a bonus!), and liking yourself will get easier and easier.
I could go on forever but this is it for now. Go do your homework. 👩🏼🏫

🇮🇹
Corri fare i tuoi compiti! 👩🏼🏫
