But not thalassophobia, just the fear of not being able to touch the bottom with my feet🤔 I feel fine when I'm swimming and I don't think about how many meters of water are under me, but if the water is clear enough (and it is clear in the sea) to look down and see the bottom, then I am terrified. It only gets better if you remember that if anything happens, you can just relax and lie on your back😄
