Even if everything is good in life, the thoughts “it will definitely be worse” appear in my head, and there is no escape from this self-twisting. I realize that I may not know how to enjoy the moment, but I don't know how to do it if I immediately imagine that I will lose the joy.So I thought I'd share that answer with you too:🌟 The first thing is that if it's getting in the way, it's worth seeing a psychologist. Professional help may be necessary.🌟 I've been at this, and what helped me was “drive a wedge”. It's important to have the intention to get rid of intrusive thoughts and control them. When they come, pull yourself back and do something else - music, reading, work.🌟 “I don't know how to enjoy the moment” - the root is often in beliefs like “it will be bad after joy”. This can be worked through by realizing that joy doesn't have to be associated with guilt or shame.🌟 The book “Transurfing Reality” by Zeland helped me, it helps you change your perception and learn to be joyful in life.💖 You are not alone, the main thing is don't be afraid to ask for help.
