They’re still in the vet 3 nights later getting 24/7 care since lilies are that toxic&their kidneys could fail up to 4 days after ingestion. Today’s really the deciding day on how it will go. Even if they make it out (which would be amazing) lox ate a part and then spit it up which means she could have more toxins in her than the baby& if her kidneys don’t fail she could be left with severe kidney damage I’ve been a depressed wreck since I found out how toxic they are thanks to my friend telling me! I rushed them straight to the vets of course. The vets are taking really good care of them, have them both on a constant IV drip to flush their kidneys and did a scope down lox’s throat to pick out any remaining lily parts and gave them both charcoal. So its gonna be pretty expensive and I'm looking at around $10K... The bill is for lox only if she doesn't have kidney damage! Kaijus is about $1000 less for not getting the scope down his throat since he didn’t ingest it but likely sniffed the pollen off lox Please keep us all in your prayers!
