Any tips you have for guys in the bedroom?
1. Be assertive. Most women hate it when the guy seem lost or not taking the lead, being all too apologetic and asking for constant feedback/validation. Just go for it. Flip her over, grab her, put your hand or her neck and gently squizz on the side (not on the windpipe on top but the vesseles on the side of the neck). The point is that women want a man and feel your brute force.
2. Get into shape. You don't need be a gym rat necessarily, but fitness will increase your confidence, stamina and attractiveness. You can't be assertive (see point 1) if you are too weak and can't even flip her.
3. Foreplay, but know your strengths. Some are better kissers than others, some are very good at giving oral, some are very good with their hands. Play to your strengths. Setting the mood early is also part of foreplay. Randomly grab her ass and kiss her on the back of her neck earlier in the day, it will help get her into thinking about sex.
4. Know her turn on spots. For me, it is my neck. But also nipples, thighs etc.
5. Don't be too quite during sex. Some guys think they are in a library or something. Let her know you're enjoying yourself with a good grant here and there.
6. Related to previous point, dirty talk. Start with compliments ("you're fucking sexy") and, depending on your partner comfort level try other things. This is tricky because some girls are in their head too much, but you will be surprised how many girls like it when you call them "slut", "whore" while fucking them hard. This should be coupled with assertive attitude in bed (see point 1). Calling her a slut while gently penetrating her missionary is weak.
7. Don't overdo dirty talk
8. Alternate between speeds, force of thrusts, how deep you go. More important than changing positions is changing your rhythm while adjusting to her. Don't be boring and monotonous.
9. You on top or from behind combinations are always good positions that allow you control which, remember, is what most of them crave - a guy that takes control.
10. Grab her by her sides and pull her towards you while fucking her.
11. Similarly, grab her by her shoulders (if it is possible), pull her in while thrusting in.
12. I personally love being chocked hard while my partner uses their strength to pull me in while pounding me hard and fast.
13. Compliments. Don't overdo it, but no girl ever hates to hear "I love your ass" or "you're fucking sexy" etc.
14. Incorporate sex toys. Prolongs sex, gives you a chance to catch your breath and introduces another fun element.
15. Fun is the key word, be able to laugh about things even during sex.
16. Bedroom is great in most cases, but try other spots in the house once in a while.
17. Go for a second round once in a while. Even wake her up later on. You might be surprised to find that she is still wet and horny.
18. Talk about your fantasies and try them. Start with the simple things: Lingerie, costumes, role play, toys.
19. Spontanious gifts out of nowhere really can put a girl in the mood. Doesn't have to be extravagant, but if she knows you went out of your way a little, it is a turn on.
20. Watch porn together. Let her pick one day, then you pick some. Can be a good way to share your fantasies without explicitly talking about them and sets the mood.
