# **so I let my page fade for awhile but in one month I won’t from 6 subs back to 20 and I only got 2 promos/shoutouts. it makes me feel empowered to know that I can almost let my mental health tear my whole page down but with the right meds and some 🍃 💨 I got my groove back!
