Hey guys, I've wanted to share my ab routine for a while now! I often change things up but usually stick to a 5-10 minute workout to start my day right☺️ Ps: The videos are just examples and are not in real time. 1. 1 minute and 30 second plank. I do a 30 second normal plank, 30 second plank twists followed by a 30 second normal plank again. 2. 45 second leg raises 3. 45 second V hold 4. 45 second bicycle crunches 5. 30 second pulsing side plank (each side) 6. 30 second mountain climbers 7. 30 second plank
