Weโre all so caught up in doing things, achieving, checking off our to-do listsโฆ But when was the last time you just did NOTHING? I mean, like seriously nothing. No work, no chores, no errands. Just lying on the couch, scrolling through random stuff, or maybe staring out the window. I tried it last weekend, and it was the best thing Iโve done in a long time. It felt like my brain finally got a break from constantly being โon.โ Weโre not robots, so we NEED to take days where we just breathe and do whatever we want (or nothing at all).
