The idea was to give it a bit of structure and accentuate all the curves as the day went on.At first, it felt like it helped give a more defined shape... but by the evening, after I was totally stuffed, I honestly don’t think my belly needed any help holding its form 😅 The pressure did all the work — round, full, and really pushing out on its own.It was fun to experiment, and I love how the look changed between meals. Let me know what you think — do you like the taped shape, or the natural end-of-day bloat better?
