🕑 Added 2021-08-31 18:41:23 +0000 UTC I've been taking my distance from social networks these days, sometimes it doesn't seem like but talking every day with all kinds of people absorbs a lot and there are already moments that I just start to feel uncomfortable because every day I am constantly bombarded with messages that I reply And it happens that a large part of them reach a point of not knowing what the Respect line is, so for that reason I am simply trying to distance myself and clear up and give myself my time in small actions as an example take a shower and spend a while there thinking and trying to calm me down or looking to distract me in one way or another because in the end it ends up affecting and not in a positive way. -------------------------------------------------- eh estado estos dias tomandome distancia de las redes sociales ,aveces no pareciera pero hablar todos los dias con todo tipo de personas absorve y mucho y ya hay momentos que sinplemente ya me empiezo a sentir incomoda por que a diario estoy constantemente bombardeada de mensajes que responder y pasa que gran parte llegan a un punto de no saber lo que es la linea del Respeto así que por ello simplemente me estoy tratando de tomar distancia y despejarme y darme mi tiempo en pequeñas acciones como un ejemplo tomarme una ducha y estar un rato allí pensando y tratando de calmarme o buscando distraerme de una u otra manera por que al final termina afectando y no de manera positiva
