Ironically the money is all going towards Louies castration surgery this Friday... 🤣 Louie is our youngest rescue horse and the vet didn't think he would live when he came to us. He and his mom were rescued along with three other mares, all with foals AND pregnant again. Luckily we found homes for all the others but we kept Athena and Louie. They both were horribly I'll with a virus called strangles. I cited them both with oregano oil and cinnamon in their feed. There is no stronger antiviral/antibiotic/antibacterial than oregano oil... beware it will burn you if not used as directed!
Anyways Athena was adopted a year ago by our trainer Isha Daniels who takes all my pictures! One day, 3 years ago, she came to my ranch in my birthday to photograph me and it was her first nude photography session. She took some pictures of me playing with and on the horses and right then and there she decided she lived horses and would study to be a horse trainer! It was a miracle for me because I really needed the help! She now cares for 5 of our rescues. As soon as Louie is healed she will begin his training too.
Well I just wanted to let you all know that it is only because of my fans who support the Sanctuary that we are able to do any of this. You have helped save 26 hours lives that have come through the saccharine and many more whom I have helped here and there with food and vet care in their owners times of financial distress.
