Today was tough 🥴 as fun as it was to get balls deep yesterday, as intense was my hangover today 🤕 It’s tough being a party animal and social butterfly trapped inside a non-cooperating human vessel 😅🦋 Thank you for checking up on me and being patient with me today 😘
Anyways, I decided to end my day and prep for bed with some yoga 🧘♀️ but made a very uninspiring choice of flow as this one was quite tough for a day like this 😰 hence the poor form and very wobbly flamingo 🦩 However, do stick with watching it as the stretching poses at the end are 🥵 especially that happy baby pose 😉
P.S. I ended up doing a more relaxing 10 min bedtime stretch for upper body, neck & shoulder, and I did it **topless** 😌 Leave a tip under this post if you want to see it or if you just feel generous and want to cheer me up 😇
🥰 **good night** 🥰
