6 fundamentals of spiritual growth Spiritual growth is not something distant and complicated. It is a journey to yourself, to your true essence. π¦’ Acceptance When you stop fighting the world and circumstances - you find inner peace. Everything is happening as it should. Allow it to be. π¦’ Awareness The here and now is the only moment you have. Listen to your thoughts, your feelings, your body. Don't live in the past or future - real life is right now. π¦’ Conditional love. Love simply for what it is. Without expectations, without conditions, without fears. Yourself, people, the world around you. Love that requires nothing in return is the most powerful energy. π¦’ Body work The body is the temple of the soul. Taking care of it, relaxing it, moving it - helps to release blocks so that energy flows freely. π¦’ Contact with yourself Ask yourself questions: how am I feeling right now? What do I want? What do I need? The more honest you are with yourself - the deeper your connection with yourself. π¦’ Purification To let the new into your life - you need to clear out the old. From thoughts, resentments, people, things that no longer serve you. The path to yourself is the most beautiful path.
