What would you do if you didn’t have your cell phone for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or even 1 year? When you use your phone do you get a lot done or do you waste more time swiping, scrolling and doing things that don’t really matter? Do you get on your phone more when you have anxiety or when you get shy and it’s your security blanket? I am guilty just like you. It’s a bad habit that we are all doing and we are not living our lives like we did before. You may of never experienced life without a phone and now it’s strapped to us every moment of our life. With our phones in our hands we forget how to communicate, how to look up and say hi or smile and even hug or hold our partner or friends hands.
