My fitness journey has been up and down this past year. After my divorce I decided to use my extra time to get back into shape, and got super fit! However, I was on anti depressants due to the trauma of it all which started to make me gain weight rapidly. Since, it has been a struggle to get it back off and has been mentally draining sometimes… Especially when my job is taking photos. I constantly have found myself comparing my body to others on social media which can really make you feel horrible sometime...

Consistency is everything.
