Tomorrow I'm starting a 14-day "cleanse." Seven days vegan, seven days liquid diet. No added sugar or processed foods. I did it last year and it *really* helped me cut down on extra sugar. It was tough, for sure. I especially missed pizza. But it also felt really good. Here are my "before" photos. We'll see if there are any changes two weeks from now.
