Phone is working (yay) and a little update for everyone - workouts arw 4X a week- arms and shoulders, back, chest, and legs (booty and ham focused) macros are 200g carbs, 200g protein, 50-60g fats. Some days are harder than others. Yesterday I felt like sh*t when I got home so I literally just laid in bed, made ramen and put my chicken in it 😂 still gotta get that food down.
