About to do a half Murph workout... kind of... I’ll be getting in the two miles (no weighted vest) and then half of the workout. 10 rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 squats. The goal is to be able to do the entire Murph without feeling like death/failed muscles by the time Memorial Day comes around. Who wants to see how sweaty I am after this workout 🤤

I need to work on my flexibility 😔
