My back is jacked up. My physical therapist gave me some exercises this morning to loosen it up. He jokingly said, "You're too y-ng to be this old." I couldn't agree more. I've been resting, including a nice nap, and getting some movement in. (I have that antalgic lean going on.) I expect to be better in a few days.

Maybe this will be the time I finally learn my lesson.😜I had my physical therapy appointment this morning. They're giving me new exercises each session to do at home.
