I was out all evening. I tried on bras and no regular ones fit without a gap. This reminds me of bra shopping before I had implants. It was difficult to find bras that fit. Now I'm right back where I started, except my boobs are perky. May just have to wear compression bras so there's no gap.

I've been nursing my back today. Currently I'm in an Epsom salt bath. My back is feeling pretty good. I rested and slept for much of the afternoon. When I got up, it was only mildly sore, and I was only crouching, or bending forward slightly. I hope I'm on the speedy road to recovery. 🙏

I wore heat patches on my back this morning and have kept moving around and stretching. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's muscle spasms. It gets better, and then gets worse again. Right now, it's painful and causes my body to lean to one side. So I purposely push back over to the other side to stay straight. When the pain is at its worst, it feels like a gripping sensation. I also think I've starting experiencing hot flashes. If so, they're mild, thankfully. Oh, the joys of being an o...
