Currently laying down with calamine lotion on my entire right thigh... I went to a local baseball game Friday night, then to a brewery and little bar after. Met some super cool people. I’m loving this new phase of life I’m in with clinicals, but finding the balance and time to create here has been challenging lately. Thank you all so much for being patient with me as I learn to have a life outside of this world here and school! I’m figuring it out ☺️ Oh and I have 30+ chigger bites - that’s tha...

Happy Memorial Day - remember to reflect today that some gave all, and that many still struggle on a daily basis. All proceeds from sales today are going to TAPS - Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors. I’ve worked with them extensively and interned for them. TAPS is committed to supporting the families and loved ones of all who served and died in service to our country, regardless of circumstance of death. To all who serve and served - thank you. Just want to wish you a happy Memorial Day weekend! I’ll be heading away and practicing some self care this weekend as this particular holiday, as it may for many, brings up a lot for me. Healing from loss is a process, it’s ok to be sad sometimes. Or maybe you’re beating yourself up because you feel like you should be sad. Healing is not linear. Feel what you feel 💖 Love ya

Tits or legs?

Crawling out of bed like... Also my TikTok got deleted and I’m honestly so fucking sad. If you want to help, send in a support request from your TikTok account and tell them to restore the account @camistrella and the value it brought to you around mental health, neuro, etc. I lost so many friends on there 😭💔
