Here’s my one week Postpartum update. As you can see I still have my dressing from my C-section which is why I won’t be filming until it’s healed. However, out of the 66 lbs I gained I lost 28 after birth (baby+fluids+placenta ect) so far I’ve managed to keep the rest as u can see by my deflated lower belly and extended upper belly. With BFing I’m burning 3000 calories just making milk alone so my calorie intake has to be at least 2.5x that to make any significant weight gain! So lots of stuffi...
